Ziyi Tang obtained her Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School (Toronto, Canada) and her Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law (Shanghai, China). Since her call to the Bar, she draws on her experience in different areas of law and dedicates herself to exploring creative and cost-effective solutions for her clients.

Ziyi maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters including contractual & shareholder disputes, property disputes, as well as mortgage enforcement.

Ziyi also has extensive experience in a wide range of family law matters, including marriage contracts (prenuptial agreements), cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, children & parenting, child & spousal support, asset & property division, and multi-jurisdictional & international matters.

On the Solicitor's side, Ziyi is experienced in various transactional matters such as real estate transactions, mortgage refinancing, purchase and sale of business, as well as corporate matters.

Ziyi also assists clients with wills and estates matters, including drafting wills and powers of attorney, estate planning, probate applications, and estate administration.

Services are available in English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese, allowing Ziyi to serve clients effectively across language barriers. Cantonese-speaking clients can be assisted through our office.
